By using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You can only order items from the mail order catalogue to be delivered.
2. Deliveries will only be delivered to the card holders address, if delivery is to a secondary address proof of the card holders address is required, otherwise no delivery will be dispatched. Proof of address can be a passport, driver’s license or utility bill for the card holder’s address. Land line telephone numbers only will be accepted.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
4. In the event a customer wishes to cancel an order, we must be informed in writing/email with at least 2 working days notice.
   
   Fireworks can only be returned to us by a specialised carrier and upon receipt of a written cancellation request, the company will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected.
   
   Thereafter, a charge equal to the cost of the company delivering (if already delivered or passed to the carriers) and recovering the goods will be made to the customer, and automatically deducted from the refundable amount.
   
   Additionally, for PayPal orders, a charge equivalent to the PayPal fees will be deducted.
5. To purchase fireworks from DRD, you must be at least 18 years old. It is illegal to purchase or to carry in a public place fireworks if you are under the age of 18.
6. Orders will be cancelled where we have good reason to believe that the person ordering the fireworks is under the age of 18 or where we believe the order to be fraudulent in any manner.
