This Saturday sees the Help for Heroes and British Army rugby teams take on a host of Guinness Premiership teams at Twickenham in the Middlesex Charity 7s tournament, live on Sky Sports Extra.

DRD The Fireworks Store is sponsoring the tournament and has pledged to give £1 to Help for Heroes for every point scored.
